Cape Discovery Cabernet Merlot

Margaret River grown Cabernet Sauvignon (55%) and Merlot (45%), open fermented and hand plunged with minimal intervention resulting in this delicious wine. Deep red purple in color, with vibrant black current and plum fruit aromas and hints of pencil shavings and vanilla oak, followed by well integrated tannins and a mouth filling palate.
