Margaret River grown 100% Shiraz open fermented and hand plunged with minimal intervention resulting in this delicious wine. Deep purple in colour, with aromas of smokey oak and charred fruits, with hints of violets and spice pepper notes, followed by soft approachable tannins and a mouth filling palate.
