JIM BEAM

Jim Beam bourbon is aged for 4 years and has quite a high percentage of rye in the mash bill. Has a sweet gentle notes of vanilla, a touch of fresh corn fields and a little cereal sweetness. Good body with notes of toasty oak, a little spice, and pepper on the palate. The finish toasty oak and resin with some sweetness. Like all Bourbons, Jim Beam is good neat, with ice top with cola or in a cocktail.
