Made from fennel and star anise distillates, which is blended with 14 further herbal distillations, including veronica, chamomile, coriander, and mint. The result is a funky, herbaceous and earthy aniseed liqueur, complex and slightly medicinal. It’s work well served with lots of water and ice, to make a cloudy, herbal long drink.
