Splash Chardonnay

Sourced from a number of vineyards, almost as a leftovers wine, yet it stacks up pretty well. Has a beautiful mix of cashew and minerals with a light splash of lemon juice. The use of oak is excellent, allowing the intense fruit to fully express itself. Long, fine finish and an impressive depth of flavour.
