The Elements Sauvignon Blanc

Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness to ensure expression of fruit true to the varietal. The focus is on freshness and upfront fruit. Different tank components are kept apart and only blended prior to bottling. It has a light lemon yellow colour. Sweet tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and granadilla are accompanied by some typical green aromas like green peppers and grassy aromas. The wine has a fruity entry with good juicy citrus acidity and long aftertaste.
